Every Examly order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no branding on the outside. Your invoice is inside the package — never on the outside label. Your secret is safe.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund — no awkward questions asked.
- Device must be returned in its original condition
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
- Faulty or damaged devices are replaced immediately at no cost
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different model? Get in touch within 30 days and we will organise an exchange. If the replacement item costs more, you only pay the difference.
